1. Please inform the service provider at least 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation/ rescheduling an appointment. Any intimation given in a span of less than 24 hours will be considered as service consumed and no refund shall be provided.

2. In case, the customer fails to turn up for the appointment, services will be treated as consumed and no refunds shall be provided.
